If you purchase a pet room (a room with a pet dog), you can stay with up to two small dogs with 7kg per dog. (The basic companion is one, and an additional fee of 30,000 won will be incurred if you wish to accompany one additional dog. However, if there are more than two dogs, you cannot enter the room.) 2. Pet room (companion room) is only for dogs, and other pets are not allowed to stay together. 3. Dogs who have not been vaccinated cannot stay. 4. When you enter the room, you will agree and sign a pet-related pledge at the front desk. (Vaccination has been given within the last three months, and the contents of the pledge, such as holding a dog in the facility, etc.) 5. Please observe the following parts when using the room. - In places other than the room (public spaces such as parking lots, elevators, lobbies, etc.), be sure to move in a cage or hug it. - Please keep in mind that if you are caught walking autonomously without a leash or after a leash, you will be immediately evicted without a refund. - Even if you go out for a short time, you should accompany your dog, and if you are caught leaving only your dog in the room, you will be forced to leave. (Complaints of Noise) - Please wipe your dog's feet when you enter the room after going out. - Please throw the excrement in the toilet and put the pad in a sanitary pack and throw it in the trash can. - If you damage or contaminate bedding, supplies, and facilities in the room, you will be charged a separate repair fee. 6. The location of the hotel is excellent for skiing at Phoenix Park. It is within walking distance of the Phoenix Park complex, but a little farther than we wanted to walk in cold. So, we drove over to the ski area and parked. There was plenty of underground parking at the hotel. The staff were very nice. Not sure why, but all the amenities (restaurants, etc.) were closed, except the CU. This was very disappointing. The room was huge and we really like the layout. The only toiletries provided by the hotel was soap, so be sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. (you did have the option to purchase some at the front desk). In the kitchen, you had a full size refrigerator (stocked with a bottle of water for each of us and replenished daily), a kettle, and a single cooking eye. There was a microwave available near the elevator. No cookware, cutlery, or dishes provided, except for 4 mismatched coffee mugs. We only needed the mugs for coffee (they did provide us with some instant coffee. also restocked daily), so it wasn't a issue for us. Although, spoons to stir it with would have been nice. Also, no dishcloth or cleaning supplies for the mugs. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others, now that I know to bring certain kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The White Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Phoenix Snow Park and a few restaurants - if you don't mind walking through the snow for 5-15min, make sure you have the proper boots and clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the big room had a SmartTV. But the best part was the view: STUNNING! There is a CU (convenience store) on floor B1, which is very helpful for getting snacks, drinks, and toiletries.

Location was decent, kind of out of the way but near enough to the ski resort and little shops. There was a CU in the basement - very nice and convenient. The room was clean and well appointed. I liked the large shower and the heated floors. Parking in the basement - great, convenient. The restaurant in the hotel had surprisingly excellent Italian food.

Fantastic value for a ski trip. Stayed in an ondol room but with more of a modern finish than other ondol rooms I’ve been in before. Staying here gives you access to rental packages through a shop that picks you up and drops you off. It’s a bit of a walk to restaurants but plenty of places deliver.
